Vance Connor is a Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Airconditioning from Swinburne University of Technology.
Career history approaches 30 years shaped between the Consulting Engineering and Contracting spheres. Vance has developed special expertise in system design for new, refurbishment and fitout projects, industrial, laboratory and pharmaceutical services and associated control systems.
Bill Saunders is a Mechanical Engineer with a Diploma in Environmental Engineering from the Polytechnic of the South Bank, London.
Career history exceeds 30 years with experience in both Consulting Engineering and Contracting. Bill has particular expertise in system design for new, refurbished and fitout projects for a variety of building types including major office buildings, laboratory services, schools and hospitals.
Gary Pincus completed his degree in Electrical Engineering at RMIT Melbourne. Further technical studies have included Lighting Design at RMIT and AutoCAD Drafting at the North College of TAFE.
Gary has considerable experience in the design of lighting and power distribution for major office buildings, hospital services, laboratories, intensive care wards, schools and shopping centres.
Vance, Gary and Bill are all shareholder Directors and are personally involved in running the business on a day-to-day basis, dealing with clients and fellow professionals and also taking a key role in driving the technical performance of their respective offices.
The directors meet often, to review progress and set targets for the following periods.
